Modular silos
for the biomass
heating industry.
We manufacture and supply silos designed specifically for storing wood pellet, wood chip and waste wood — and their clever flat-packed design lets us ship to customers worldwide.
ISO 9001 certified / EN 1090 structural steel / CE marked
Start with the shape.
Four formats, sized by the space you have and the volume you need. Each one lists the fuels it stores — pick a format to see every model in it.

Hot-dip galvanised steel that ships flat, builds fast and stands up to the weather — with discharge and safety built in, not bolted on.

Modular galvanised steel
Hot-dip galvanised steel plate, bolt-flanged panels — flat-packed for transport, assembled on site without losing structural integrity.
Fuel-appropriate discharge
Discharge and conveying matched to each fuel’s handling — augers, sweeps and feeds sized to the boiler demand.
Safety designed in
Dust, fire and access considerations engineered as part of the system, to the project’s zoning and risk requirements.
ISO 9001 · EN 1090 certified and CE marked; warranty terms confirmed per contract.
Panels in. A working system out.
Watch a BSS system come together from flat steel — fill point, store, discharge, conveyor and a clean feed to the boiler.

Questions, answered.
What people ask us most. Anything else — just ask.
Both. We design, manufacture and install the complete system — storage, discharge, conveying and boiler feed — as one engineered path, so a single team is accountable from the flat-pack panel to the boiler.
Wood pellet, wood chip and waste wood. The fuel sets the storage and discharge approach, which we confirm for your project.
As flat-pack, bolt-flanged galvanised-steel panels — shipped for transport and assembled on site, without losing structural integrity.
Indicative capacities run from 1 m³ hoppers to 160 m³ silos across the range. Final capacity, footprint and steel grade are confirmed per project.
Across Ireland, the UK, France, Japan, Australia and Canada, with regional distributor support (including the Netherlands and Benelux) where it’s available. Shipped flat-pack worldwide.
Manufacturing is certified to ISO 9001 and EN 1090, and systems are CE marked. Warranty terms are confirmed per contract.
